Eastern Blocks LAB#4 — Digital data for urban peripheries
The fourth edition of the Eastern blocks LAB is dedicated to the use of digital data and spatial analysis for a better understanding of the evolution of post-Soviet housing Estates. Presenters of the event are going to share their experience in the field in their respective countries, as well as having a discussion on the risks and possibilities.

- Dzmitry Bibikau, urbanist and researcher, urban planner interested in applying new technologies for solving old problems in cities.
- Anton Zhyltsou, GIS analyst, data engineer in the field of spatial data science
BelNIIP urban planning institute, Minsk, Belarus
- Vladimir Tainikov, urban researcher and psychologist, BelNIIP leading specialist for research activity and international cooperation.
- Anna Denysenko, LUN Misto project manager, worked with the city development for about 10 years — as a project manager, journalist, editor.
Z.axis, Tbilisi, Georgia - non-profit focused on data analysis and visualization.
- Giorgi Kankia (Co-Founder, Z.axis)
With a background in geography, Giorgi has worked on multiple spatial planning projects in the local context in Georgia.
- Irakli Kavtaradze (Director and Co-Founder, Z.axis)
Irakli teaches evolutionary psychology at Ilia State University and is interested in social data science.
